Photo challenge via Paper Mama: Favorite photo of 2011
This is my favorite photo I took in 2011. It's of my favorite person, in my favorite city during one of the best weeks of my life. It stirs so many personal memories, but I also just like looking at it.
Oh WOW! I love the DEPTH of this photo! I didn't notice the reflection right away (something about a handsome man....heh), and then I saw the reflection and the entire photo told a story! Really nice!
So, what's the chance that I click on an interesting looking thumbnail... and end up on a fellow North Dakotan's blog? :) I'm West of you an hour and a half. How about this weather, huh?
I loooove how crisp this image is, the vibrant colors, and that his eyes are so clearly visible behind that reflection. I like the close crop too, leaves a lot of mystery to it. Really, awesome photo!
