I'm on Day 3, and so far I don't feel much different. But by Day 60, it looks like I should plan to be in pretty good shape.

WednesdayWellness: Fit plan
I teaming up with ThatGirl in Tattoos and Miss Larrisa Bree and a few other blog friends for a 60-day fitness challenge. We're going to follow these workouts each day and check in with each other every Saturday. Anyone is welcome to follow along and join up.
